Billing questions
- What counts as a member?
- Anyone who can read the knowledge base or ask it questions through a connector. Documents and automated grooming are not billed per seat.
- What happens if I exceed the document limit?
- Ingestion pauses rather than silently dropping anything, and you are told which documents are waiting. Nothing already ingested is removed.
- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Yes — paying annually takes two months off the Team plan. Enterprise agreements are annual by default.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the settings page. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your cards as Markdown on the way out.
- Do you train models on our knowledge base?
- No. Your documents are used to answer your team's questions and nothing else.
